Everything was great during our stay. Although the hotel is not exactly in the city center, the location was very convenient — it’s very close to shopping malls, and we could easily walk there. The price was very reasonable for the quality of the stay, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and good value for money.

I had a very pleasant stay at Nork Residence Hotel in Yerevan. The staff were extremely kind and did their best to make sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They even welcomed us with complimentary tea and coffee, which was a very nice touch. The hotel is a bit old, but considering the price, it is definitely worth it. One of the best advantages is its location — it is very close to shopping centers, and I could easily walk there. The room was a little cold at first, but as soon as I requested a heater, they brought it quickly without any delay. The service was prompt and helpful. I also made some good friends during my stay, which made the experience even better. Because of my work, I travel to Armenia quite often, and I will definitely choose this hotel again for my future trips.

The place was fine, good, hot water, Wi-Fi, and cleanliness.

Good location when you come by car. Free public parking space on the street at the front of the hotel. Convenient for daytrips out of Yerevan like Garni for example. The hotel is older but it was clean and the staff were nice.
